Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional design experience. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our creative team to create visually appealing and effective designs across various mediums. Your creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard design software will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
2. Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for both digital and print mediums, including but not limited to: websites, social media graphics, marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and product packaging.
3. Develop and present design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes to stakeholders for review and feedback.
4. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across various platforms.
5. Utilize graphic design software and tools to create and manipulate high-quality graphics, images, and layouts.
6. Conduct research to stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to support their design needs.
8. Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs within given timeframes.
9. Provide input and suggestions for improving design processes and workflows.
10. Maintain a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy accessibility.
Qualifications:
1. Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi language
2. Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Coral Draw & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.
5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
6. Ability to interpret and translate design briefs and project requirements into visually appealing designs.
7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, receptive to feedback and constructive criticism.
10. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
