USA Insurance operations support voice process.

*Must have excellent English communication skills.

*Must have Customer handling skills.

*Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

*Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

*Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

*Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

*Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

*Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

*Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Educational Qualification: - Undergraduate / Graduate with good computer knowledge

Note: - for multilingual candidates proficiency in the spoken language would be of prime importance.

Work From office only.

Location-Hinjewadi phase 2

9:30hrs shift including 1hr break

Transportation not available
