Customer Service Representative


 

MYDESIGNATION, the leading youngster brand is now hiring customer service representatives to join our team. You will have to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

(Candidates who can speak multiple languages are preferred)

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 K , based on your experience and skill

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer calls/chats.
  • Acknowledging/resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms and applications.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with the team and concerned departments as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
