About us:
ACE or Acero Consulting Engineers Private Limited (www.acero.in) is an India based startup firm that provides solutions for the Architecture Engineering Construction [AEC] industry. Our vision is to contribute to the development of the Indian AEC industry by offering state of the art technology and services.
ACE started operations at the beginning of the year 2023 and is looking for an Administrator.

Role and responsibilities:
- Support Principal and other associates with administration and coordination support.
- Coordinate RFPs/proposals internally and with Marketing.
- Keep track of open and submitted proposals.
- Follow up with clients to get proposals and contracts signed and properly filed.
- Follow up with clients on invoices and assist in collecting outstanding payments.
- Keep the team informed and in compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.
- Suggest ways of streamlining team tasks.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expenses.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in administration and team coordination.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating teams.
- Good communication skills and “can do” attitude.
- Flexibility in juggling deadlines and changing priorities.
- Experience or knowledge of the AEC industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office
Compensation / Benefits:
- Negotiable (Fixed component plus variable component. Variable component would be a percentage of revenue generated from assigned technology sales)
