- Send electronic return labels to customers via email or shipping software
- Print, scan, and attach scanned documents to email and send it to the customer.
- Reroute packages using FedEx portal, or any other method needed.
- Check and verify addresses for accuracy.
- Submit corrections for incorrect addresses via FedEx portal, or any other method needed.
- Address package claim concerns and issues
- Direct reach out to customers regarding discrepancies
- Work directly with our shipping company to find solutions to shipping issues
A few examples: Lost packages, Damaged packages, Damaged product, Product stolen during shipments.
- Escalate customer concerns as required
- Track all open issues and concerns
- Keep the Warehouse Manager (or whoever assigned) apprised of all open issues and concerns
- Document resolution of concerns within ConnectWise Notes
- Prioritize concerns based on customer SLA's as appropriate
- Work with customers and Delivery service to help resolve any shipping issues that arise.
- Be able to communicate with our FedEx, UPS, or any other shipping services Representatives to resolve issues.
- Work with the Shipping department as needed
