Requirements:
o Good in English communication (verbal and written)
o Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital
o Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
o 3+ year of experience as AR Caller/Billing Associate
o Candidate will be expected to work in any of the operating shifts as per the business requirement
o Graduate in any stream from recognize University
Responsibilities:
o Helps in identify problems and suggest practical and effective solutions for client related issues
o Incorporate feedback into the training loop, with the aim of closing the gaps between the theory and practice
o Provide effective and efficient solutions by doing concentrated and focused defect analysis and help in improving the overall health of the client/specialty
o Ensure constructive feedback, given on consistent basis with the aim of improving the quality of work done .
o Help in auditing transaction in different domains like AR/Charge entry, Payment entry and denial handling and provide inputs on client related issues, along with valuable suggestions to improve processes or client profile instructions.
o Addressing client complaints by suggesting and helping implement effective solutions.
o Identify denial trends with specific insurances based on ANSI and give feedbacks
o Should identify and propose training need based on the auditing
